Dream Home - Italian Dreamin'

This weeks request comes from Christine who wanted to see a beautiful home somewhere on the coast of Italy. She mentioned that she loved the Cinque Terre, but it seemed no matter how hard I tried I couldn't really find any great homes listed with some great pictures to share with you, from that area. So Christine, I've done my best with this home in Capri, I hope you enjoy it!


Today's Italian home comes from my favorite site for luxury homes, Sotheby's Realty. Listed at $21.35M Canadian, this home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out! Take a look for yourself...

The grounds look absolutely stunning (way more to see over on the actual listing), and the gardens include lemon trees! I wish I had my own lemon trees! That little house on the right there, I believe that is the guest house that is mentioned very briefly at the bottom of the listing. Oh, how I wish there were photos!

I love this little patio area. Looks like a nice place to sit into the evening with some lovely glasses of wine, with friends, laughing and chatting. Really, the perfect spot to end the perfect dinner party...

The perfect dinner party would of course take place in this dining room just steps from that perfect patio. The one thing I love most about this photo is the ceiling over the patio. How gorgeous is that wood?

This room is huge, and absolutely filled with light! The decor is definitely not for everyone but there is some serious potential here! Look at the height of those ceilings and the great fireplace!

How about that bathroom? Loving that it's all white, but I'm left wondering if it looks larger than it actually is?

I'll be honest, with a balcony with views like this, I don't think I'd be too worried about big any of the indoor spaces are. I could sit out there all day. See what I mean...

With 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a half bath, 2 fireplaces and those views I think I could be quite content here! What do you think, worth the $21.35M (and yes American friends... thats just about the same in American right about now haha).
